Sharefarming Services
The services we offer establish and maintain excellent relationships, protect parties from headaches (and heart ache) later, and step in when things aren’t going so well.
We also everything else a dairy consultant does - just with a focus on the Sharefarming relationship.
Why? If this relationship isn’t functional, any other goal you have for the farm or your own businesses is going to be incredibly hard to achieve.
We aren’t talking being best mates but we are talking establishing healthy communication pathways to move forward onto what we all really want to be doing - getting milk in the vat and money in the bank.
Health and Safety
Health and safety has established its place in our culture on farm is something everyone “has to do” but rarely is taken seriously or done well.
We are genuinely serious about implementing tools that are designed to get everyone home safe everyday. Not just a document “you have to have”, but tools everyone uses and refers back to.
